  • Coordinate interviews with the client
  • Be present during interviews with the client (if requested by the client)
  • Check references (if requested by the client)
  • Help the client negotiate the offer (if requested by the client)
  • Run psychometric tests through our network of partners (if requested by the client)

FEEDBACK

  • Collect feedback from client and candidates
  • To candidates who were not selected
  • Post-hire follow-up with the client and the selected candidate
