President and Managing Partner
Founder, president and managing partner of PIXCELL, François has more than 12 years of experience in recruiting senior executives, mid-level executives and board members. As the leader of PIXCELL’s operations, he knows first-hand how important it is to surround yourself with the right people to succeed. Since founding PIXCELL in 2016, he has guided boards of directors and executive committees in the search, assessment and selection of candidates for executive and management positions.
Before starting PIXCELL, François began his career in business development in the software industry. First, he worked for a large global company where he managed major accounts, and then for a French company where he led the development of a strategic plan to penetrate the North American market.
In 2011, he joined a headhunting firm where he quickly started overseeing searches for top-tier positions. A few years later he founded PIXCELL, confident that good consulting can make all the difference in the executive search process, when technology and innovation are leveraged.
Fluent in English, French and Spanish, François graduated from McGill University and is frequently asked to weigh in on the human resources issues that companies face.
Senior Analyste
As a Senior Analyst, Ana is responsible for researching and identifying high-level candidates, while also providing administrative and operational support throughout the various stages of executive search mandates.
She has over 10 years of experience in administration, law, and accounting, particularly in the public sector, retail, and information technology industries. As a corporate and contracts lawyer in Brazil, Ana was responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, as well as implementing data protection policies and procedures within a software company.
Ana holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos in Brazil, one of the country’s leading law schools, as well as a certificate in Business Management from Trebas Institute in Montreal.

She began her career in healthcare before transitioning into media and later film, gaining firsthand experience in markedly different organizational settings. This varied background has shaped her adaptable, thoughtful approach and allows her to effectively partner with leaders across different cultures, leadership styles, and business needs.
Tasha holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology as well as a diploma in Human Resources.
