François Piché-Roy

President, Founder and Senior Consultant

François is Founder and President of PIXCELL. Initially, François conducted searches focused on Commercial (Sales, Marketing and Business Development) and Technical (Information Technology and Engineering) positions. Since then, with a decade of experience under his belt, he has successfully conducted searches for major organizations across a variety of sectors spanning from Manufacturing, to CPG/FMCG, Information Technology, Construction, Retail and Transportation.

Before entering the Executive Search sector in 2011, François worked in Enterprise Software Sales for CERIDIAN and went on to lead Business Development efforts on the North American market for an international SaaS company.  An avid reader and wine connoisseur, François is also a seasoned globetrotter with a passion for Colombia, his wife’s home country.

Director, Recruitment and Business Development

Catherine has been with PIXCELL since early 2019, conducting searches for mid to large organizations, across multiple sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval and brings over 20 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development and Recruitment to the table. She started out as a Consultant, working in Business Development for a Big Four firm, to then join a major recruitment organization in the Montreal Area.

Catherine’s personalized approach is well-known and appreciated by candidates and customers alike, as is her habit of handing out chocolate on all occasions! Outside of work, Catherine splits her time between raising a family and contributing to several Charities.

Denis joined PIXCELL in December 2017 as a Strategic Advisor for Senior searches in Real Estate, Retail and Consumer Goods. Prior to joining the team, Denis had his own Executive Search firm. He also operated as both a franchiser and a franchisee in the hospitality industry and held executive positions at CULINAR in the Food processing industry and grocery sector at PROVIGO.

Denis’ successful track record in the recruitment sector stems from his extensive experience working on the Client side and his in-depth understanding of the inner workings of their organizations.

Senior Advisor

Martial started his career in Human Resources Management in the para-public sector in real estate and then within the manufacturing and financial industry where he held several Directorships, notably at the Fédération des Caisses Populaires Desjardins in Montreal.

In 1980, he launched his organizational psychology and executive-search practice where he spearheaded several mandates in executive-search, coaching, talent assessment, skills development, and career transition within different industries and with mid-to-large organizations.  In the last  10 years, his practice added engineering as a key sector within Executive Search.

Since January 2020, Martial is Senior Advisor at PIXCELL.  He advises the organization on strategic searches within mostly Engineering and Information Technology.
