François Piché-Roy

President and Managing Partner

Founder, president and managing partner of PIXCELL, François has more than 12 years of experience in recruiting senior executives, mid-level executives and board members. As the leader of PIXCELL’s operations, he knows first-hand how important it is to surround yourself with the right people to succeed. Since founding PIXCELL in 2016, he has guided boards of directors and executive committees in the search, assessment and selection of candidates for executive and management positions.

Before starting PIXCELL, François began his career in business development in the software industry. First, he worked for a large global company where he managed major accounts, and then for a French company where he led the development of a strategic plan to penetrate the North American market.

In 2011, he joined a headhunting firm where he quickly started overseeing searches for top-tier positions. A few years later he founded PIXCELL, confident that good consulting can make all the difference in the executive search process, when technology and innovation are leveraged.

Fluent in English, French and Spanish, François graduated from McGill University and is frequently asked to weigh in on the human resources issues that companies face.

Sarah Macheteau

Senior Consultant

As a consultant at PIXCELL – Leaders Recruiting Leaders, Sarah is responsible for building long-lasting relationships of trust and loyalty with both clients and senior executives and/or board members by fully understanding their needs and providing an approach tailored to their expectations.

Before joining PIXCELL, Sarah worked for a global executive search firm in Luxembourg. She subsequently held a role on the talent, diversity and inclusion management team for a major global investment bank in Paris.

Sarah came to Montréal in 2020 as a learning and development specialist for a major global investment bank.

In 2022, she joined PIXCELL, where she helps organizations search, assess, and select executives, senior executives and/or board members.

Sarah holds a Master of Management from the IESEG School of Management in Paris. She has strong international exposure, having lived and/or worked in France, Brazil, Luxembourg and Canada. According to her, innovation is the driver of corporate growth and excellence, and human capital is the key to achieving these goals.

Agathe Pérusse-Deschênes

Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at PIXCELL - Elite Recruiters, Agathe is responsible for partnering with our clients in the search and evaluation of key talents for their organization. Her advisory approach is based on an in-depth analysis of their unique needs to implement tailor-made solutions. Her leitmotif is to build and nurture authentic, trusting relationships with the clients and candidates she accompanies.

A native of Montreal, she has always evolved in multidisciplinary industries and international organizations undergoing transformation, which has allowed her to be exposed to a wide range of talents and organizational contexts. It is in pursuit of this trajectory that she decided to join the PIXCELL team and make the leap into consulting.

Throughout her career, Agathe has managed teams responsible for leading and deploying global programs related to succession planning and skills development. She has also delivered several projects related to optimizing HR operations in hyper-growth contexts, particularly in mergers & acquisitions.
She holds a Certificate in Communication Studies from the University of Montreal and a bachelor's degree in Sexology from the University of Quebec in Montreal. Agathe has worked in talent acquisition and management since the beginning of her career.

Ana Paula Labres

Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant at PIXCELL – Leaders Recruiting Leaders, Ana is responsible for assisting the team with all daily operations, particularly with the different executive search mandates.

Ana has 5 years of experience in administration, law and accounting. More specifically, she was responsible for spearheading the data protection policies and procedures within a software organization. Following that, she came to Montreal in 2021 as an international student to study commerce and business management.

Ana holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, in Brazil, one of Brazil’s top law schools.

According to her, people are the most valuable asset in any kind of businesses, and trust relationships are the key to long-term success.
